Entering a New Decade

As I celebrate my 69th birthday, I reflect on the last decade. Much wisdom emerged and focus shifted. Health became the frontrunner in my efforts to enjoy life. Using the wisdom that evolved ran a close second. Learning to love myself…and realizing that I was loveable in all phases of my life…well I’m almost there. More on that later!
